From 6 people we changed to 5. Then it dwindled to 4.

CK only booked out at 9pm while Shu had a class and only joined us after we finished gaming. But the gathering today was still great lah =)
Despite the fact that the games we played weren't as nice.

Partly coz',
1. Didn't know what games to play, so asked for recommendations since I don't want to play games that we already did before.
2. The games recommended to us were, ermm... Haha... Ok, not the host's fault lah, coz' I know it's a subjective thing to feel the fun for games. The 1st game was so-so only, we changed after 1 round. But at least we finished 1 round. The 2nd game was the killer that made us half-dead and half-annoyed hahahaz.... Coz' it's too... strategic? I guess we just look too intellectual to the host wahahaz =p Can't blame him nor us LOL~

So funny lor, we were like, "Eh, quick quick!! End your turn quickly go on to next player!!" "Aiya, anyhow lah, just make your move, then we can end the game fast and go on to next game!!" Feel a bit bad for the host coz' he spent time explaining, so we didn't change game immediately. Actually right to the end we still don't really get the game =p

After the killer game mentioned above, we played Blokus Trigon without thinking much. For once I'm playing Blokus by just placing down the piece that my hand happens to grab on the table O_o Lol~ Really very fast paced game as a result ahahha... Too bad it's a 4 player game coz' our clique got 6 ppl. And it's not an easy game to play in pairs.

The service wasn't as lousy as I thought. Well, coz' I've heard stories..... But I find the service not bad. I think they are kinda over-staffed though. So sian-lang leh. Which we probably won't see it over at the other side. But that's not really related.

I wanna buy more games!! Haha for future gatherings =) Ubongo!! But 4 players only =( Cash and Guns also quite nice. It's a good game with sabo elements and I think our group might enjoy it coz' the guys can help escalate the atmosphere, esp ZH. Naturally when there's anything sabo-ing we all unanimously attack him wahaha *evil* Hopefully we can have chance to try out a few more games before Dec so that I can buy some games that we like for our chalet.

After gaming we had a nice 'sit' (?) at the Singapore River banks. Tried to find a quieter spot with fewer people so that we can sit down and ZH can eat his bday cakeS haha. Ru bought 3 slices for him!! But very small only lah. Much as this big guy complained about being full he still downed all 3 -_-

I think it's really nice to just sit there and talk coz' the scenery is really beautiful. Though I must say I'm a bit scared that I'd fall into the river coz' the steps there are so steep and narrow }=( It's kinda scary. But we still sat around (sat quite back as compared to other people coz' scared of dropping in) to discuss about chalet stuff etc. I so look forward to it!!! Pls let this time be a success!!
