the song is not about self delusion or hypnosis to alter your thoughts and feelings. it is about sitting down, thinking through, getting in touch with your inner self, coming to terms with your own thoughts and feelings instead of suppressing them or escaping from them. and then move on with a new, clearer vision.

if time is what you need, we'll give it to you. though we are not the controllers of time.

alot of things unravel as time slips away. or rather, to put it more positively, we understand more about life as every second passes. some things happened, some things take time to let it happen, some things rely on time to let it not happen.

time is not within anyone's control.

but don't forget,
you are within your own control.
and we can act as reinforcements when the need arises.
